are sponsoring a workshop in Cambridge, UK. The conference
is part of a comparative project that looks at the emergence
of "new governance" and
its implications for constitutionalism and legal theory
in Europe and the U.S.

Vollebæk, Norway's ambassador to the United States, and John
Doyle Ong, United States ambassador to Norway. The moderator was Alfred Defago, former Swiss ambassador to
the United States and currently a visiting professor at the UW-Madison.
The panel was part of the Wisconsin Alumni Association's "Europe 2003"
